 The
manufacturing of thermoplastic resins prospects a rapid growth in the near
future. Liteco is
able to
satisfy various market commodity sectors with the use of injection molding
machines.
The entire production
process guarantees the total development of the product and its
manufacturing by considering the important aspects of quality and working
environment. The machines range from 60 to 380 ton fully automated with
robots and a separate centralized resin storage. The injection molding machines
are always equipped with the injection unit of the modular mold and only
the part fixtures need to be installed in order to start producing. Liteco
operates on a 24-hour a day three-shift system which provides a seven-day
continuous production facility.
